Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments often prevent us from offering that time to another client who may be waiting for care.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of appointment fee

• Less than 2 hours’ notice or missed appointment: 100% of appointment fee

This policy applies to all clients and appointments, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and may be charged for missed appointment fees or outstanding balances.
