Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you and only you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. This is the reason we require 24hours notice to cancel or modify any appointments. Prior to the 24 hours leading up to your appointment you are welcome to cancel, modify or reschedule with no charge. In any circumstance that you do not give 24 hours notice for a cancellation or change in your appointment your credit card on file (or the credit card in your linked/shared permissions account) will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

A credit card is required on file to book an appointment. The credit card is not charged at the time of booking, it is only used if there are missed appointment fees and/or unpaid balances owing.

*** By booking an appointment you have agreed to the terms of the cancellation policy.

***Can’t find an appointment time/date that works best for you? No problem, add yourself to the wait list and you will be notified as soon as an opening comes up!
